V. TUITION FEE:
|
A tuition fee of $650 is required
to help offset the cost of materials, meals, lodging and bus expenses. Payment is due only upon acceptance into the program. The
Leadership Cobb Alumni Association may provide support
to someone requiring financial assistance based on need.

VII. PARTICIPATION COMMITMENT:
|
1. If selected, participants will need to make a commitment
of their time and ALL program events. Students must notify Chamber staff and co-chairs at least 24 hours in advance of a conflict with a scheduled program. Participants
that fail to attend any activity for any reason, may not be allowed to complete
the program and his/her tuition fee will be forfeited.
2. Applicants
for the Cobb Youth Leadership Program must have the support and commitment
of their parents or guardians.

3. Participants
in the Cobb Youth Leadership Program are encouraged to share what they learned
with their fellow classmates.

*Deadline for applications is April 19, 2019.
Selections will be made in June and all applicants will be notified of the results by the end of June.

Your application will not be
complete without a recommendation letter (one per application, please) and the parent/guardian commitment
