Golf Tournament to Benefit Life University

LifeUniversityLogoLife University is pleased to announce that it has been named the beneficiary of the Healthy Living Golf Classic. The event is operated by Tom Players Golf Group and takes place on Thursday, July 31 at Bridge Mill Athletic Club in Canton, Georgia. Registration with breakfast and range balls begins at 7:30 a.m. Shot-gun start is at 9 a.m. There will be contests for the Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin and a chance to win a car for a Hole-in-One. The luncheon and silent auction will begin at 1 p.m. as the golfers come off the course.

There are several ways to participate in this event. First, you can play golf by signing up and being put in a foursome. Better yet, those who sign up can call some friends and put together their own foursome. Entry fee includes breakfast, range balls, goodie bag, 18-hole Ft. Lauderdale (best ball) format, golf cart, lunch and silent auction.

Next, there will be an opportunity to sponsor a hole. This will receive brand recognition for your clinic, as many of the golfers are from the Greater Atlanta community. You can also provide a prize or auction item. This gives support to the event by donating an item for the silent auction or raffle. Lastly, if you aren’t a golfer, no problem! You may come have lunch and join the players for the post-tournament awards luncheon and silent auction.

Proceeds from the event will benefit LIFE’s lower rugby field renovation.
