The DE&I Council works to promote, influence and advance our diversity mission throughout the Cobb Chamber and the community through the following four focus areas:

• entrepreneurship development
• leadership development and programs
• marketing and communications
• membership engagement

In each focus area, the Council is working to achieve the following vision statements:

• To have an engaged and welcoming membership reflective of our community.
• To have board and committee leadership reflect that of the community.
• Reflect our welcoming, diverse and inclusive chamber and community in all marketing and communications.
• Create a thriving environment for minority owned entrepreneurs in Cobb.
