When businesses and organizations become members of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce or request to be placed on its mailing list by phone, in person or online the Cobb Chamber may collect information such as name, addresses, phone number and email.
The Cobb Chamber uses the information to notify members and subscribers about programs, events or services in which the Chamber believes they may be interested.
All credit card numbers or social security numbers are encrypted and collected through secure forms. This information is password protected in a secure WeblinkCONNECT™ database and is only accessible by selected program administrators.
The Cobb Chamber values its members’ privacy and will not supply a member’s information to outside parties. However, members’ main contact information can be accessed through printed and online business directories, unless that member requests that their information not be displayed.
