Meet the movers and shakers of the business community at Area Council meetings. Through six Area Councils in the Cumberland, East Cobb, Marietta, North Cobb, Smyrna and South Cobb areas, the Chamber unifies and advocates for Cobb’s businesses. Each council promotes grassroots actions, and speakers keep members up-to-date on the successes and issues in that area. All Area Councils hold either breakfast or lunch meetings at various
locations on a quarterly or bi-monthly basis.

Ambassador of the Month:
Retail Sales Manager Jason Sleeman of LGE Community Credit Union has been chosen as the March Ambassador of the Month. Sleeman is the vice-chairman of the ambassador program along with being one of the recruitment
chairs for the Cobb Chamber ACES program. He has been with LGE for 10 months and is very active in the Brookstone, Kennesaw and Marietta communities.
