First Monday Breakfasts
Enjoy your eggs and bacon with more than 300 of Cobb’s business elite at the Cobb Chamber’s First Monday Breakfasts. Normally held on the first business Monday of each month at the Atlanta Marriott Northwest beginning at 7:30 a.m., these breakfasts are the place to hear top speakers on regional and community issues and to network with members from around the county.

Business-After-Hours
Business-After-Hours events provide great opportunities to network one-on-one in a casual environment. Hosted by the Cobb Chamber and member sponsors, these events are held bi-monthly at various locations after business hours. Enjoy free food, beverages and door prizes as you network with other members.

ACES (Achieving Chief Executive Success)
ACES purpose is to establish and cultivate young professionals in their 20’s and 30’s, while building Cobb’s next generation of business and community leaders.

Area Councils
Meet the movers and shakers of the business community at Area Council meetings. Through six Area Councils in the Cumberland, East Cobb, Marietta, North Cobb, Smyrna and South Cobb areas, the Chamber unifies and advocates for Cobb’s businesses. Each council promotes grassroots actions, and speakers keep members up-to-date on the successes and issues in that area. All Area Councils hold either breakfast or lunch meetings at various locations in Cobb County on a quarterly or bi-monthly basis.

Business Builders
Move your business forward by learning key business principles by studying the best selling business books of today. You will build business savvy and sharpen your skills for today's fast-paced and ever changing business environment. This program meets from 7:15 to 8:45 a.m. every Tuesday at the Cobb Chamber.

eads to Success
Enjoy an interactive, fun networking event that delivers contacts and referrals. Participate in a forum that allows you to speak to a group of 50 people about their business and yours. ENGAGE: An Exclusive New Member Event
Orientation sessions are held periodically for new Cobb Chamber members to explain the products, services and benefits of membership. These events are a great opportunity for new members to meet each other and the Cobb Chamber staff.

Business-to-Business Expo
Known as the premier Chamber sponsored business to business exposition in the area, this annual event is held for the promotion of local businesses and corporate networking. More than 125 companies showcase their products and services to hundreds of attendees. Open to the public, this event keeps participants on the competitive edge with networking, idea sharing, product introduction and service solutions attracting executives at every level.

Ambassadors      
Use your Ambassador connection to ensure you are getting the most from your Cobb Chamber membership. Ambassadors serve as volunteer Chamber liaisons by contacting new members, attending Chamber functions and facilitating networking among members.

Leadership and Professional Development

Cobb Executive Women
Dedicated to the promotion and encouragement of women in executive leadership, this program provides an
opportunity for women to share experiences and ideas. Activities include luncheons, seminars and speakers. CEW also sponsors the Glass Ceiling Award, given annually to an individual who has supported the growth and advancement of women in business.

Leadership Cobb 
The Cobb Chamber of Commerce selects diverse and qualified individuals to participate in this leadership development program. Through participation in a nine-month program of structured activity, members become familiar with current issues, community resources and the social, political and economic needs of the community.

The Chairman’s Club is composed of Cobb’s top business leaders who serve as a sounding board for community and business issues. Honorary Commanders Association
A cooperative community relations effort of the Cobb Chamber, Dobbins Air Reserve Base and Naval Air Station Atlanta, the Honorary Commanders Association pairs community and business leaders with military commanders. The yearlong program gives selected leaders the opportunity to learn more about local military activities as well as various aspects of the national defense system.

Walter Kelly Jr. Business Resource Center: The Cobb Chamber's Walter Kelly, Jr. Business Resource Center provides research and data customized to your needs. The center is a source of up-to-date information for companies or individuals searching for custom market data. The center includes a business database that provides company profiles, demographic reports with current year estimates and a database of available commercial property.
Directories are available that list Cobb's major, international and manufacturing firms as well as companies headquartered in Cobb. We also offer comprehensive meeting services, including audio/video-conferencing and meeting room space. Our staff is available to assist you every step of the way.

CEO Roundtable provides a venue for presidents and CEOs of small and medium size businesses to meet monthly with their own peer group in an atmosphere that fosters entrepreneurial thinking and encourages teamwork to accomplish individual goals. The program is designed to provide participants with their own confidential "board of advisors" who can assist with business challenges by presenting solutions for discussion.

SCORE

International Trade Promotion

International Trade Promotion
The Cobb Chamber of Commerce's Business Resource Center assists local companies by providing data and market research for their particular product or service for any potential market around the world. The Cobb Chamber is also able to provide trade leads, and trade guidelines for most countries.

Also, in conjunction with the University of Georgia's Business Outreach Service, international business consulting is available to businesses looking to increase sales through exports. Rick Martin, International Trade Consultant with UGA's Business Outreach Services, is able meet with clients at the Cobb Chamber of Commerce or their place of business, and provides one-on-one consulting.

Cobb Chamber members are offered a 20 percent discount on membership to the World Trade Center Atlanta.
