Rules and Guidelines

Only members of the
Cobb Chamber may attend for the charge of $5 per
meeting.

Kindly silence cell
phones and pagers before entering the meeting.

Please respect the
timer when it is your turn to introduce yourself and
your business.
* If you have
promotional material (i.e. flyers) please wait and pass
them out during your one-on-one after the meeting.

If more than one
person from the same company should attend, only one
member may give the 30 second introduction.

If you are chosen to
give a 3-minute presentation and need visual/media
assistance (i.e. powerpoint), please e-mail your
presentation to
lharkins@cobbchamber.org
the day before the meeting.

Please contact any
leads that you receive promptly so that you will have
information to share with the group about the status
of the lead the next time you attend. We track leads
and new business generated by the group.

Please dress
professionally and wear a name badge each time you
attend. Come prepared to offer qualified leads to your
fellow members.
